[rescue] 3/110 onboard framebuffer died

So my 3/110 has been running great for the last couple of weeks. It's been
running headless/diskless most of the time over serial but I also can have
it boot off of a disk. The other day I decided to boot off the disk and
with my monitor hooked up and sadly no longer got a display output. I then
hooked it up over serial and it gets all the way to where it polls ie0
(right before it polls the cgfour) and gets stuck.

Has anyone had success troubleshooting a Sun Framebuffer? If so, are there
any common failure modes I might be able to check?

Does anyone here by chance have a schematic of the 3/110 CPU board? (I know
bitsavers has one for the 3/60 and 3/160.)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
