There is a Sun 3 on E-Pay!

But of cause it's extremely expensive (£1,295.00) and a doubt if it is
working or compete.
Quite an interesting history behind this little lot - H. Berthold AG, Type
Foundry, Berlin, responsible for some of the type-faces that we use today.
Unfortunately looks like they went out of business in 1993 ....

Two x SUN Microsystems 3/50 model 247 Workstations, badged Berthold,
Vintage 1988 with DataTower 250 and RasterImageServer

Massive lot of early SUN Microsystems hardware from 1988. I've made a
number of notes so I'll try to describe as accurately as I can ....

TWO x Sun Microsystems 3/50, model 247, part number 600-2107-01, one dated
13th July 1988 and the other dated 19th July 1988

Made in the USA

The two SUN 3/50's have been rebadged Berthold, Workstation 1.5
Wide 'pizza-box' desktop model
Connections across the back are - 15-pin Keyboard, BNC and 15-pin Ethernet,
2 x 25-pin Serial A and Serial B and a 9-pin monitor connection.

Power-on tested only - ie. I've plugged in a power cable and turned the
workstations on. Fans start up, sounds like they're working but I don't
have a keyboard or monitor that would connect to these Units so I am unable
to test further.
In addition to the two SUN workstations are the two large and heavy
cabinets that you'll see in the photo.
First one, again badged Berthold, is a DataTower 250, machine number
176-0055. Dimensions 75 cm tall x 48 cm deep x 36 cm wide and weight 55kg.
Second Unit, badged Berthold, is a RasterImageServer, machine number
167-0328. Dimensions 75 cm tall x 80 cm deep x 36 cm wide and weight of
this one 90kg.
