I'm interested, yes.  One reason I've hesitated to buy a Portmaster on eBay
is I read somewhere that its impossible to password-reset some PM models..

But, what really caught my eye was your mention of 'dial up' - please tell

The project I'm working on is indeed going to start off with actual
external dial-up modems.  I might be able to think of some uses for them
though :)
