[rescue] SGI Presenter 1280 cable

Does anyone have a spare cable for the SGI presenter 1280? I have two of these and the card to drive them with the Indy, but I'm missing the cable to connect them. Alternatively, if someone has one of these and can give me a pinout, I could just make my own.
