[rescue] Livingston Portmaster firmware needed

Dave,

I have a portmaster that identifies itself like so:

blinky> version
Lucent PortMaster PM-2ER ComOS 3.9b31-usa

I don't suppose there is any way to generate a firmware file from a 
working portmaster is there? Happy to do so if there is.
