[rescue] Dead SparcStation 1 power supply

Thanks, I will try the caps. Not going for purist, I gutted a dead
sparcstation 1 to put in a 3/80. I'm starting to have a pile of dead
sparcstation 1/+/etc power supplies, and I'd rather fix them than throw
them.
