[rescue] NVRAM Part sanity check

Hi
Fixing the nvram on a sunblade 100/150 is not too hard, takes only a couple
of minutes.

It's only a pain if you have to do it every boot - but if you use a fixed
nvram chip with new battery you do it once, and again when the battery
needs replacing.
