[rescue] Sun Ultra 5 NVram - I fear I may have smoked my machine.

With the NVRAM reset, the machine goes to long diag mode, and it can be 3-5 minutes until you get the boot banner. 

As far as whether you’ve fried anything, I’m not sure but I wouldn’t be surprised.
