[rescue] SGI O2 flat panel adapter

Alexander,

I did see it - thanks!

I was hoping I could manage a trade, or maybe spend a little less.

Once I get the 1600SW hitched to my O2, the other adapters will be 
pretty redundant so a trade is attractive to me. I may just need to bite 
the bullet with Mashek...
