[rescue] OT: NCD Xplora XA troubleshooting

Hi,

it's a bit off topic but maybe somebody here used to use NCD xterminals back in the day would be willing to help.

I have got an NCD Xplora XA which does not boot - there is neither video nor network activity, only a status LED blinks 5 times, then there is a pause, 5 blinks again and so on. All capacitors look reasonable good, I checked voltage on couple of ICs and it's also okay. This model has 8MB of soldered RAM so I tried to add another 8M SIMM but with no change.

No manual I was able to find on the Internet discusses the blink codes so I was wondering what those 5 flashes mean?
