I installed Solaris 2.6 on my new SparcStation 10.I installed Enware 7.1 on said SS10 and configured the software to support my Envizex terminalI booted up the terminal, it got the config over BOOTP, downloaded the software, got further along in the boot process and then started throwing errors "No EtherTwist hub detected" and "File server down or unreachable" - the same file server it just downloaded the initial software from. Some quick googling revealed that these terminals do not like to be connected to modern switches. I dug out my NOS CentreCOM hub and it worked!

It seems that there is a solution in patch PHSS_21692:https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=pdbPHSS_21692&docLocale=en_US
I can't find this patch anywhere. I went on a wild goose chase to find the patch to update my 712 firmware, but that took forever. Anyone know of a source for these elusive HP patches?
thanksmike
