[rescue] IPC/IPX PSU replacement

Hi! I've just gone through the process of cleaning, restoring and recapping
one of these for my recently acquired IPC. I managed to get to it just in
time so it's a success for now, and thank goodness for thick traces.

Still, it's a matter of time before other parts start failing.

I'd also be interested in a modern replacement if they're being produced
for sale!
