[rescue] IPC EPROM upgrade

Hi all,
  Hope you're all well. This list has been very generous and helpful in the
past so I'm reaching out again 😊

I'm restoring an IPC. It's in great working order now, but I have a
problem: it's not recognising my SBUS network cards.

This IPC has an older bootROM, version 1.6. My understanding is that if I
upgrade the bootROM to 2.x the cards may be recognised. There's a download
of v2.9 for 4/40 machines on the internet archive that looks perfect.

The only problem is, I don't have an EPROM flasher! So I wondered if anyone
here does, and would be happy to flash v2.9 to a 27C020 for me?

I am based in the UK and will happily pay postage, beer and materials.
