[rescue] IPC EPROM upgrade

I had an IPC with 1.6 that would always kernel panic when trying to boot, and this fix from a 1991 mailing list was what got it working - http://sunmanagers.cs.toronto.edu/1991/0360.html

I don’t have it anymore but I couldn’t find that piece of information anywhere except there lol
