[rescue] IPC EPROM upgrade

Thanks for the reply and offer, Peter.
After chatting with a few other members, I have decided it's in my best
interests to give it a go myself. The relative expenses of these on Amazon
was putting me off initially.

However, I found a very inexpensive TC866II on eBay that should do the job.
And as well as the Sun, I have some old BBC micros with custom ROMS I
should rescue also.

It should arrive with me in a week or so.
