[rescue] Ultra 2 NVRAM - failed fix

Well the 'new' M48T59Y arrived, but failed in a slightly different way.

With the new chip in, the Ultra 2 startups up and seems to skip the diagnostics, appart from the basic POST memory checks etc. I then program the NVRAM as usual and on power on, it always resets the NVRAM to default values, which isn't too useful :)

I've tried with machine types of 80 and 83 with the same results. It's not clear to me what the Ultra 2 machine type should be, so tried both settings.

I'm guessing the battery has gone on the new chip. I wish they put date stamps on these chips.

Just FYI the OBP reports as 3.25 so I'm definitely not on '4'.
