[rescue] Ultra 2 NVRAM - failed fix

Some Ultra-based NVRAMs can be reprogrammed, including the Ultra 2 
(Ultra's running OBP 3 will work).

Does the chip not work at all or just not remember it's settings? You 
can use 'watch-clock' at the OBP ok prompt to see if the chip is working.
