[rescue] Ultra 2 NVRAM - failed fix

Hi Ian

Programming for the OBP 4.x NVRAMs is easy if you have a OBP3.x system. Simply use the 3.x system to program BUT make sure you setup the correct machine ID for the 4.x system and recalculate the checksum. In general it is mainly just the Blade 100/150 which needs this, most later systems only use the NVRAM as a time of day clock if they have a NVRAM at all from memory.
