Nice, I was also eyeing those HM142s, but was interested only if they were 1MB modules, which the seller didn't know and originally thought they were 200MHz modules.

Ross reports that the 1MB cache adds about 1% extra performance, but I am interested in how it scales, I would imagine a slower MBus and larger SMP working sets would favour the extra cache, but how much I am not sure.
