The NVRAM died, so I pulled it and replaced the battery being very
careful as to polarity, etc. It has been a while since I powered it up,
but on replacing the NVRAM and powering up I get this over serial:

Hardware Power ON

Master CPU online

Master Version: xxx

Slave Version: xxx

CPU E$(M): XXX

Button Power ON

Probing keyboard done

%o0 XXX

Executing Power On SelfTest

and then it sits. I know it takes a while when heavy diags are on, but
this just sits for hours with the caps lock not even flashing and no
other keyboard lights on. Per the service manual that is DSIMM in
U604/704 (bank 8) issues, but it even does that when I have it stripped
down to a single set of DSIMMS in bank 0.

Any tips?
