Update here, one of our guys was able to get it open. He was able to <br>
twiddle the front cover a bit, just enough to free the latch.<br>

So now the battery has been replaced, but of course the CRC in the <br>
NVRAM is bad, which requires a service mode boot to rewrite. It's a <br>
three-position switch with five wires; four would've made it a <br>
no-brainer. So now we'll try to figure out how to remove the pins from <br>
the lock, and/or try to figure out the pinout of the switch to jumper it <br>
for service mode.<br>
