<div>Those are both later boards (there was one in the middle with 0115 number). The 3060 was the last version and is quite unusual to find, in my time of buying/selling U5 and U10 I only saw a handful of the 3060 boards in hundreds of systems.</div>

The other one did come with a UPA card, an afb one.
