[Sunhelp] spooled mail

We use a Solaris server to .forward email to some exchange users.  Over
the weekend Exchange crashed (NT, who would have guessed) and someone
removed all the .forward files.  Now I have mail that has spooled in
/var/mail for a few users that I need to re-process and send over to
Exchange.  I know how to do this with procmail and formail on Linux, but
how can I do it on Solaris?
