[Sunhelp] unix question

Anyway, I'm having a problem with a Unix Server running a special
AT&T/Lucent version of Unix.

The system keeps diplaying: 
NOTICE: fork1 : newproc failed
NOTICE: procdup: as_dup failed
NOTICE: fork1: newproc failed

Additionlly, since this behavior has begun, the CRON seems to lock up
every now and then...and we have to reboot to get CRON running again.

Have you ever seen this type of behavior before? Any idea?
