[Sunhelp] About SCSI transport failed.

Hi all!
  today i see a warning message from cronsole:
  WARNING: /pci at 1f,4000/scsi at 4,1/sd at 9,0 (sd53):
  SCSI transport failed:reason 'reset' : retrying command.
  Pls tell me why and hwo to fix it.
