[Sunhelp] x process

My log keeps writing:
	inetd[151]: /usr/openwin/bin/Xaserver: Hangup
over and over again. 

Anyone have any ideas what that is due to. If I grep X from ps -ef I get:
	14966 ?        5:38 Xsun
   	375 ?        0:00 snmpXdmi
 	18869 ?        0:00 Xsession

Also inetd.conf has: 
	xaudio   stream tcp   wait root /usr/openwin/bin/Xaserver Xaserver
-noauth
		-inetd

Could one of these be causing it. Thanks.
