[Sunhelp] Prestoserve for Ultra 2 ?

Hi all,

is there something like a Prestoserve/NVSIMM/whatever device
I could use in an Ultra 2 machine to speed up NFS accesses?
(Sun part number would help most)
The said machine is serving about 500GB of FC-AL disks to a
quite demanding scientists community.

Any hints to tune the Veritas filesystems and the system as
a whole are welcome, too.

The max RAM capacity of the box is 2048MB, I'm at 512MB now.
What makes more sense: tune the system, add a NFS accelerator
or add memory?
