[Sunhelp] Automatic logout under CDE

Hi
I'm looking for a solution to the following problem: automatically logout
a user after some idle time, especifically when he/she leaves the station
locked. 
My first guess is some kind of 'watcher' script started in crontab that
checks for a locked display and, given a idle threshold, terminates user's
processes. The point is who to figure out who long the station has
remained locked. Browsing trought the Sun Answerbook hadn't provided
any useful hint.
Has anyone runned into something like this before?
Any help will be welcome.
