Its a clickable option "include 64bit support".

psrinfo -v usually tells cpu speeds:
bash-2.03$ psrinfo -v
Status of processor 0 as of: 05/27/00 09:09:48
  Processor has been on-line since 05/27/00 08:57:17.
  The sparcv9 processor operates at 300 MHz,
        and has a sparcv9 floating point processor.
(damn cat turned off my power strip this morning....)
