[Sunhelp] need part #

Anybody know the part # of the Sun adapter
cable, about 6" long, that has a 13W3-female 
connector on one end, and a HD15M (SVGA) on
the other?  (its used for plugging a Sun monitor
with 13W3 cable into the HD15F plug on the back
of an Ultra 5/10 with a PC-style video card).

I need to find one of these ASAP...  I've got
a couple of generic 13W3F-HD15M adapters, but
they dont work... while the Sun part does.
