[SunHELP] keaboard power off

Hello everyone!
Assume you running OW or CDE desktop, then special keys are handled by
speckeysd daemon. You must comment out entries in its configuration file,
/usr/openwin/lib/speckeysd.map, beginning with SunPowerSwitch and
SunPowerSwitchShift (to prevent start of sys-suspend command). Then send
SIGHUP to the daemon and it will reinitialize itself using new config file.
