[SunHELP] system health

Take a look at SunVTS.   You can do a full diagnostics on the 
hardware.  I'm not a big fan of SunVTS, but it can give you somewhere to start.
Also find out the OS Kernel patchlevel and upgrade to the latest level via 
the Recommended patch list.

The following commands can also tell you about the systems:
/usr/platform/`uname -i`/sbin/prtdiag -v
/usr/sbin/prtconf
This ought to give you an idea of where you stand.
