Subject: [SunHELP] disk label
I'm having trouble installing Solaris 8 on an SS20. I replaced the upper
internal disk with a 9GB SCA disk. The disk doesn't seem recognized by
probe-scsi, but the install does let me partition it. However when I reboot
the boot device isn't recognized. I've tried this install 4 times today and
am getting nowhere. I may have messed up the disk label process. Can anyone
point me to an online walkthrough, since I have no box to look at the
Answerbook or man pages.
EXTREMELY frustrated.
