[SunHELP] Creator3D install

Hi Folks,
    I recently bought a used Creator3D card to install in my Ultra10.  I
have done a boot -r, but it does not see the new hardware.  dmesg shows
nothing new other than the m64 driver.  Is there a driver that needs to
be loaded?  or do I have to change any jumpers on the motherboard?
As you see I got it without a manual or CD.  Sunsolve and docs.sun.com
have no manuals or drivers that I can find.
