[SunHELP] ipv6 log error

we have an e450 that keeps sending (what i think are) ipv6 broadcast
messages

here's the syslog we're seeing on another one of our machines:

Feb  8 16:33:01  [123.134.230.255.6.196] 229706: %LINK-3-UPDOWN:
Interface Serial 0:0, changed state to down

i'm guessing this is an ipv6 broadcast to all ipv6 capable machines???

if so, how would i disable ipv6 on the offending machine(s)??


if i'm completely off-base, perhaps a course correction from a someone
more in-the-know
i'm just not an ipv6 guy, and this is purely conjecture.
