It's called "Raid Manager".

Raid Manager won't do anything with non-RAID devices. You need to use 
Solstice Disk Suite for that. It should be on one of the Solaris 2.7 
CD's, but may not be immediately obvious (I can't remember where it is, 
I can just remember it took me a while to find it).
