[SunHELP] set mouse over window to make active as default

hi ladies and gentlemen,

i am using sun solaris 8 with CDE. i would to have my mouse over the window and make the window active instead of clicking on it.

how do i make this a default feature everytime i login ?

the default is i have to click on the window then it becomes active.
