[SunHELP] make command

hi
i have downloaded gcc source code and others from
sunfreeware but when i dont have any gcc or compiler
 on my solaris how can i compile gcc source code.
also i unzip another gcc from sunfreeware but it does not work.what must i
do for install gcc on my solaris 8.
please tell me step by step
