[SunHELP] Setting up a alias ipaddresse on interface

Hi list!
Ive have been running proftod on sol8 for some time now, and now i need a
virtuel ftp server configured. When i configer it it fail with following
ptsweb - Fatal: unable to determine IP address of `ftp.ellentoft.dk'.
I have then found out that i need to add and alias ipadresse or dummy
interace, how can i do that and are there rules to considewr in that matter.
