[SunHELP] unmount mpount point is busy

Kill sessions using that file system with:
/usr/sbin/fuser -cuk $FILESYSTEM
Also, make sure the filesystems are not being shared:
/usr/sbin/share
If you still have problems, take a look at lsof. (www.sunfreeware.com)
