Did "reset-all" also reset the boot device? If so, you need to set that
back to the proper setting so it will try the hard disk. I don't know the
Blades particularly, but lots of Suns default to booting from the network.

Is the disk spinning up? Maybe the disk has died. Will the disk work in
another machine? If so, then maybe the controller has died.
