For Solaris 6, 7 and 8 go to ftp://ftp.cs.duke.edu/pub/PatchReport/index.html
and download PatchReport.

Install it on all your machines so you can see what patches each machine
needs.

Run it to download needed patches. There's a flag in there to not download
what you already have.
