By NAT outbound do you mean do I have the port forwarded? If so then no
I haven't forwarded a port on this system. If this isn't what you're
referring to then please excuse my misunderstanding.

Do you have a default gateway set?
Are you allowed to do NAT outbound? Are you getting NATed?
