The old "How to Setup Solaris for use with RoadRunner" instructions are obsolete.
Time Warner Cable in Austin, TX now uses normal DHCP for IP address assignment and no longer requires any kind of special login.

DHCP is NOT supported by Sun in Solaris 2.5.1 or earlier.
