The discount to resellers is not nearly as large as you seem to think -
first, my DSL service costs only $40/mo(cheapest they offer), and they
wholesale the account for an amount close to that. Like the "Change Store"
on the old Saturday Night Live sketch, DSL resellers plan on "making it up
on *volume*" ;^)
Also, a Verizon T1 is (I think) $1,500/mo...
WRT mis-management vs. ILEC fucking with them, what's the difference?
Neither is going to change anytime soon... ;^)
