Hmmm, isn't that a delicacy in some places? :-)  (My big concern, proven
true, is that spills can bake on an be a *bitch* to remove.  It's better
than a "coil" electric, but I really miss the gas cooktop we had in NM.
My ideal is electric oven, gas cooktop.)
