 About a month ago the police here in Holland confiscated a Centurion tank from 
a private person. Appearantly the guy had the tank for years and it was in 
perfect working order. He let kids ride on the tank on sundays....  But the 
police asked some questions after a couple of years and appearantly he had no 
licenses... Also no licenses for the other weapons he had lying around. Hmm, 
while searching the article, they mention he also had a scud missile and a 
bazooka... He was probably a serious collector :).
