Um, is this a bad thing?

ioctl SPCIO_FLASHMODE failed

Before I even had a chance to try anything, I logged in to W2K as
administrator, poked around a bit, and logged out to go back in a
myself. It locked halfway through, and now when I try to restart I get
the above. Crap. Is my SunPCi card dead?
