The kneely ones?  Easily.  I started using one on the advice of my 
chiropractor, as it keeps me from "hunching" over the keyboard and 
getting pain between my shoulders.  I found that it works better if I 
wedge a foam pillow under my tush to improve the angle, but the 
difference has been amazing.

Now I can sit at the keyboard for a period of time w/o nasty pains...
