I like the ketchup (I like Heinz as well) on top of my meatloaf.
My wife is a great cook, and like to try new things. One day
she made a meatloaf with peppers, rice, and beans added. Kind
of a Southwest meatloaf.
My wife's mother is Hungarian (lost her family during WWII,
escaped during the Communist takeover), and cooks some really
incredible meals. My wife learned to cook from her, I think.
When my wife makes Hungarian goulash, she makes the real
thing, including the home-made dumplings (nokedli). She
uses real Hungarian paprika, too.
